PRICES:
TRIP CHARGE: Within SD City limits $45. Outside SD City limits $50 – $75 (depending on distance from North Park). Examples: La Mesa = $50, Fallbrook = $75
RE-KEY LOCKS: $13 per lock cylinder (every place you put in a key). Extra keys $2 each (except high security keys).
All other labor based on $70 per hour.
Minimum Charges – Applicable Trip Charge and 1/4 Hour Labor (except for Lockouts). Call or E-Mail for a free quote (Emails answered in the evenings).
DEADBOLTS, MAILBOX LOCKS AND PEEPHOLES INSTALLED.
Mailbox locks are $10 – $15 each (installed) PLUS applicable Trip Charge.
Deadbolts require ¾ Hour Labor ($52.50) PLUS applicable Trip Charge and cost of the deadbolt you require (I can supply the lock or YOU can buy the one you want at Lowe’s/Home Depot/Dixieline, etc.)
Peepholes require ¼ hour labor ($17.50) plus applicable Trip Charge and the cost of the peephole (again, you can supply it or I can).
My prices are Fair, Competitive and NON-NEGOTIABLE. I am a Professional and my concern is the Security of your family and property. Please do not insult me by making a “Counter-Offerâ€. Sorry, but this is not the Swap Meet!
